They had the most friendly, helpful staff! There was a Starbucks located in the building and they offered food! I liked the set up of the room. Love that they offered so many choices on the tv. I usually won’t ride elevators because they scare me but the Courtyard elevators were big enough and a smooth ride! I also took the stairwell and it was large, CLEAN and had cameras which made me feel safe! Plus, I love the free parking on site!!!

We stayed here for the Dayton basketball game and to visit our son at UD. We walked across the parking lot to the game and were very close to UD. We liked the dinner and breakfast options, but we ended up not using them. Our room was nice size and the bed was very comfortable.

Very clean! Employees were so kind and had sense of humors which was a huge plus. Check out was at 12 originally but they gave me an extra hour which was so nice. Nice comfortable, clean location to rest your head.

The accommodations excellent. There were six of us who met each day prior to leaving and upon returning after the work day. Plenty of room and all areas were clean. More impressive was the team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jennifer Grunwald reached out to the entire team and provided a discounted rate that was very much appreciated. We have new business in the area and people from our company will continue to travel and more than likely stay at your hotel. Again, it was a very enjoyable stay, keep up the great work! The hotel was clean, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.
